Intelligent Heat Saving System – ISOE

Intelligent Heat Saving System – ISOE

A team of Polish engineers from ISOE SYSTEMS has developed a system consisting of devices and machine-learning-based algorithms that intelligently analyze atmospheric factors in order to optimize thermal energy consumption.

Conventional building automation systems react to environmental conditions only when they occur. The most common solution involves controllers that calculate heat demand based solely on outdoor temperature. They do not take into account other factors such as solar radiation, wind strength, or weather forecasts.

The answer to the limitations of standard solutions is the Intelligent Heat Saving System – ISOE. By analyzing multiple factors, the system adjusts thermal energy consumption and delivers real savings without reducing the comfort of building users.

Quantitative data, calculated not theoretically but based on actual meter readings, show that ISOE users save up to 12% of thermal energy consumption annually. This is a significant result considering the low installation and maintenance costs of the system. The savings are often comparable to those achieved through extremely expensive building insulation projects.

ADVANTAGES OF THE ISOE SYSTEM

Reduction of heating costs by up to

12% annually

Reduced energy consumption means caring for the planet and lowering greenhouse gas emissions.

Extended lifespan of the central heating system and the building’s own heating installation through stabilization of regulators and boiler operation.

Low installation and operating costs ensure a very fast return on investment

Payback period of installation: 1–4 months

Payback period of subscription fee: 1–2 months

Access to advanced reports and energy consumption analytics, increasing consumer awareness

How does the Intelligent Heat Saving System – ISOE work?

Based on data collected from sensors as well as weather stations, ISOE calculates the perceived temperature, the amount of heat the building gains from solar radiation, and the degree of cooling caused by wind and water evaporation from the façade and roof.

To determine energy demand, the system takes into account not only temperature-related factors but also additional variables. Moreover, it operates with significant foresight thanks to corrections based on weather forecasts provided by a leader in weather prediction accuracy, whose services are used by companies such as Microsoft, Ericsson, Warner Bros, and Deloitte.

Thanks to remote connectivity, we can adjust system settings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, according to the individual needs of the client.

A prerequisite for system installation is the presence of building automation based on outdoor temperature control (a regulator).

Who is the ISOE system intended for?

  • building managers of residential and other buildings, housing associations (condominiums), and housing cooperatives

  • local government authorities and their municipal buildings

  • hotels and commercial facilities

  • all other large-scale facilities requiring optimization of heating costs

It is also possible to install the system in smaller areas.
